Services

What we do for small businesses

Three services, always in the same order: understand, automate, hand over.

Process audit

The problem. You know time is being lost, but not where or how much.

What we deliver. A map of your recurring tasks, the real time spent on each, and a ranking of what can be automated, what must first be clarified, and what is better left manual.

Who it fits. Any company of three to thirty people that has never formalised its procedures.

Automation build

The problem. Information is re-entered between tools, follow-ups are forgotten, documents have to be hunted down.

What we deliver. Workflows that run on their own, built on n8n or Make depending on your situation, tested against your real cases, with written documentation and a fallback plan if a tool goes down.

Who it fits. Companies whose volume justifies the investment — we will tell you if yours does not.

Team training

The problem. The tool is in place, but only one person knows how to run it, and they take holidays.

What we deliver. Short sessions built on your own cases, in plain language, with material your team keeps. On automation and on the sensible everyday use of AI.

Who it fits. Non-technical teams, including those who have never used this kind of tool.

In practice

Three common use cases

Automated invoicing

A job is marked complete in your spreadsheet or tracking tool. The invoice is generated, sent to the client, and the tracking line updates itself. You stop opening your billing software to type in what the system already knows.

Chasing unpaid invoices

At seven, fifteen and thirty days, a message goes out automatically to the client who has not paid, invoice attached. The wording is yours, and the sequence stops the moment payment arrives. Nobody has to remember.

Two tools that talk to each other

A new client entered in your form appears in your CRM, your calendar and your client folder, with no copy-paste. Data is entered once, in the right place, and travels from there.

Pricing

We publish orders of magnitude so you know whether this fits your budget before calling us. Price follows the number of tools to connect, not the number of days spent.

Project typeBudgetWhat it covers
Focused automation €1,800 to €4,000 One to three business tools connected. A single process handled end to end: invoicing, payment follow-ups, appointment booking.
Extended automation €4,000 to €12,000 More than three tools connected. Several processes chained together, with edge cases to handle and data flowing in both directions.
Custom control tower From €12,000 A single operating view built for your business: your data in one place, your automations visible and editable, and alerts when something falls outside the expected range.

The initial audit and the training are included in the project price. We do not bill them separately: a project handed to someone who cannot operate it is not a delivered project.

Subscriptions to the tools involved (n8n, Make and others) stay in your name and at your cost. We take no commission on them and you remain the owner of your accounts. Expect anywhere from tens to a few hundred euros a month depending on volume — we give you the exact figure before starting.
