This document sets out what data AUTOMATT LLC collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights. It is written to be understood without legal training.

What we collect on this site
No trackers, no analytics. This site uses no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie. That is why you are shown no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Two processing operations do exist.

What we collect in our applications

Who your data is shared with
We do not sell or rent your data. It is accessible to the providers strictly necessary to our operations: our host Hostinger, and our email provider for message delivery. These providers act on our instructions.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@automattllc.com. We answer within thirty days. If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
Account and data deletion
To request deletion of an account created in one of our applications and its associated data, write to contact@automattllc.com from the address linked to the account, with “account deletion” in the subject line. Deletion takes place within thirty days and is confirmed in writing. No justification is required.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Email and tool access are protected by two-factor authentication. We limit the data we collect to what is necessary, which remains the most effective protection.
Changes
This policy may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. In the event of a substantial change, we notify affected individuals by email where we hold their address.
